very basically the full moon is a time for manifesting energy, for harvesting, for producing, its a time for extroversion.

the new moon is a time for introversion, a time for incubating and nourishing, for holding in.

seeds should be planted in a new moon phase, and harvested in a full mooon stage.

thats a very basic rundown.
