Do you eat flour, (like pizza, pasta) or dairy? [affects the gut - the gut affects EVERYTHING!]

Are you using a new shampoo? [some contain ingredients that affect our bodies negatively]

From my limited experimentation I found that even one beer caused compltete failure, and that eating fruits, lots of vegetables, lots of water and lemon juice allowed me for a good run without any deodorant.

You are only the second person I have heard say the rock did not work. What brand did you get?
