Thanks for your post. Congrats on your MC! I love how I feel when I finish one.

I used to only do LF's after the MC, but the last year or so the Master-Cleanse forum has been recommending doing it before. So, I'm going to do both this time!

I'm glad you mentioned the ACV. I've actually forgotten about it. Great source of malic acid, and SO good for us. I think I'll have some right now....
