thanks sooo much for that! i am probably torturing myself by weighing myself everyday (especially after the 2nd day), but like you i just cannot help myself! i am actually overweight (weigh about 150 and i am 5'5....so i am really hoping (IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THE OTHER BENEFITS) to see some less weight on my body when this is all over.

you said you lost about 8lbs when you were done, how long were you on the fast?
