Thanks guys, I have been doing the tea at night only steeping for 5 min. I have been up really late the last few nights so It's been about 1:45 am when I've finished the tea. I usually have to go by 7:30 or 8 AM. I'll lay down a little longer then I'll get up and drink the SWF. I have been eliminating liquids mostly but looks like also mucus with the cayanne stuck too it (looks like mucus since I havn't felt the consitency) lol Overall I feel fine, still a little bloated.
