yes i understood that in this way.

but when you take CO in the morning the bowel is still empty and perhaps you don't need to take the epsom....perhaps a small dosis to relax the bile ducts...

isn't it a little bit too hard for the body to combine this 2 programs?

i want to avoid epsom, so i search for a way to do this...
