I will happily join you, the fact that you made it 19 days before makes you one of the 'experts'. Yes my skin looks different after just a few days of juice usually, ive never gone past 10 days before and im hoping to go at least 14 this time. I find it easy when my partner's away, like now, but hes back tomorrow and its the social eating pattern that gets me, as well as a little pressure to eat together as quality time, i see that i really do but fasting is a discipline and so easy to stray from good intentions! Id love to join you for as long as i can muster anyway, im on day 3 today of juice and feeling great. emma in UK
