I have transitioned for a week. I planned on starting back today but a friend I hardly ever see invited me to lunch. It was fun. I'm drinking the smooth move and ready to go tomorrow. I was ready to eat after my 19 day juice fast. I don't think I gained any weight the first few days but I'm not sure now. I won't weigh until tomorrow am or the next day. I worked so hard to lose the 17.5 lbs I hope I'm still down most of it. I feel just a little bloated but not much bigger. I'm really ready.

I've missed this site and all my pals. In just a short week there are alot of new people. Yeah! New fasting buddies.

So I'll be checking in at least once a day like always! Let's go girls. Fall is coming here to Atlanta and I want to fit into my beautiful jeans. We'll be looking good.

PS My skin and eyes looked amazing. I can tell from eating just one week that I don't look as "clean". I have good skin it's just not as "glowing".
