thanks everybody for the responses!! especially rog: that's exactly the point i wanted to make: that even the cheapest ozone is better than no ozone!

my next step is buying a medical grade ozone generator. you can buy one at ebay for just 400 bucks!! with this i plan to do daily rectal insufflations. with the slugde in our intestines being the no.1 reason for most of our ailments and ageing i think this is the best thing you can do for yourself.
