I never weigh myself until the end of a cleanse. The body goes through many changes, and weight loss fluctuates. If your main goal on the Master-Cleanse is "a pound a day" you are sure to be disappointed.

Of course you should continue if you would like to complete this excellent flush of your body's systems. As they say, would you drive your car 50 years without changing the oil and filters? This is a wonderful gift you give yourself!
