Yes i am doing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every morning.also just want to mention that i dont eat much Sugar regularly.1 teaspoon with my coffee. 1 coffee/day. sometimes no coffee at all.
i drink soda may be once amonth. Not much ice cream,chocolate,or any desert.may be once in 3months.i do eat 1-2 fruits/daily. Now that i am taking so much maple syrup
is this making the weight gain?
