I put this on the oxygen forum because I am not sure where to post it. I am posting this here also because of all the great responses and thought maybe someone may know a thing or two regarding this:

This morning I was in a hurry and accidentally drank a glass of approximately 12% hydrogen peroxide, not sure if that was the exact percent because a few nights ago I was scouring out my bathroom and grabbed a glass of water and poured quite a bit of 35% food grade peroxide in this, probably about 5 oz. of water and about 2 oz. of peroxide to use for pouring around my sink to get the crevices where bacteria grows and anyhow this morning I mixed that one up with the glass I was using in my haste and added some more water to it and downed the whole stinking thing in one fell swoop and didn't realize til it was down when I bubbled up that it was that peroxide. I called poison control and I told them I thought it was about 6% but I am sure it was much higher than that when I thought about it afterward. Anyhow she said if I throw up more than a few times to call my doc but to drink alot more water, which I did and had right after I realized my blunder. Anyhow, I didn't know if I would really throw up but sure enough as soon as I was off the phone with her I lost it like a toronado coming up out of me. I didn't feel well until about four o'clock when I ate some cheese crackers to see if I could sop up some in my stomach that was burning like crazy. I was afraid to eat prior to this cuz I was so queasy and dizzy. Anyhow, tonight I feel okay but my throat feels pretty raw and so does my stomach. Does anyone know how long this takes to get out of my system and if there is anything more I should be concerned about from this.

PS. I have been getting myself in trouble lately with crazy stuff, I think it is a sign to slow down for a while!! = ) I only have two more doses of huma and I'm done til next time! = )
