what is 1 niacianamide?
I emailed the doc and said I had meletonon and he didn't suggest taking it, but I don't know why. He suggested the 5htp, I hope it is equivilent. I have tryptophan, not 5 htp.

I'm still my own person, but since I'm a "new patient" and since I'm certainly not going to follow his suggestion that he write me a script if things continue, I can at least try what he suggested for a night or two. I'm adding a sleep formula Owen recommended regardless, but holding off on the calcium and magnesium for a day or two. night night!
