We all worry about WAY too much. Follow general food precautions and do the cleanse. Besides what's wrong with me? I have done my HUMAWORM cleanse first time. I saw nothing. Lucky me. But I know i had something. I could feel it. Seems 80% of our worms are invisible. But i had some weird little cysts. They are disolving. I will ask HUMAWORM.
