thanks for the promising meassage!

i guess i just related someones elses syptoms and all of a sudden got worried and thought i had leaky gut. and as ever when ppl read about something new its a lot of info to take in and its quite disheartening if you think u have it becuase the symptoms of a sluggish bowel, liver and parrasites seem to be all the same!

ill take it i dont have leaky gut as i havent abused medicines or alcohol and i dont come up with allergies with the intake of certain foods. im just wondering how u knew u didnt have leaky gut? i guess eating a predominently alkaline diet and cleansing would rectify leaky gut anyway?
