I thought I had leaky gut too, but I didn't. My bowels were just so screwed up because they were so acidic and clogged and full of bad bacteria. Take the slippery elm, ect., but don't worry about the leaky gut just yet. Get alkaline first, you might find some of your symptoms go away. Keep cleansing and eating healthy, and see how you feel in a few months. It's a bumoy road, but you'll get there! Don't be scared, take it as a learning opportunty! One thing at a time.
