poor you !!! this is sooooo normal, i drink 1 coffee a day normally and when i juice fast like you i get withdrawl symptoms which include headaches and cheek aches ! Booo!

Well if you make it to day 4..im sure you will...this will subside and im sure youll start to feel better, keep up the yummy juices in the mean time ... Emma in UK
