Thanks for your reply. from what I have read I am definatly blood deficient and/or chi deficient. On a dark field exam all my red cells were grouped together like stacked coins and there were tiny transparent creatures swimming in my blood. But I am feeling better though, than I was last year. I will go gently with the cleanses and then see a TCM practioner. Thanks for the advice!
