I stupidly had natural sugars the other day and now am in a terrible state, I'm exhausted, drugged and do not even trust myself to drive a car, this is all from trying to include sugars in any form. Normally I coudl do this and get away with it, following Antibiotics ? I just end up going back to square one.

I know normally that having a little natural Sugar might be fine for some, but not if it's an overgrowth or exposion of yeast, which I feel the Antibiotics have caused. Otherwise a little natural Sugar would be fine and would not cause me so much damage if anytime I indulged in some of it.

Thanks for your advice, but sadly it does not apply in my situation, wish it did because I enjoy having some of those things. Right now, they are a disaster for me.
