I have had two herpes mouth sores for 20 years. They would flare up whenever I was stressed, overly tired, or sick, maybe about 2 or 3 times a month.
I started OP on Aug. 1 of this year, using only coconut oil. Since then, I have not experienced a flare-up of the sores even one time! They completely stopped becoming sore and tender. I can still feel with my tongue small raised spots where they were, but the soreness has not re-occurred.

Other benefits, as long as I am on the subject:
No more sore or stiff joints and greater flexibility when I do yoga
White teeth
Pinker tongue
Sleeping better
Best of all, after having unsightly little red bumps on my upper arms for decades, the skin is now 99% clear. I noticed this on day 21.

I can't imagine ever stopping OP after these improvements. In fact, I'm so stoked with all these changes, I am now doing OP for two 30 minute back-to-back sessions every morning, just to see what else happens.
