I pray all who have lupus gets better.
I found out I had lupus 3 years ago and I would like to find a way to deal with it with out the med's. I am looking for any help with this. I have never looked into it until now. I miss my old self and want it back. So I have found some things to work on and give a chance. I am hopeful in my findings. I am glad I came here looking.
