Hmm. I like the part about the glasses. I have stopped wearing my glasses as well. I do not attribute it to Oil Pulling though. I just got tired of losing them because I have to take them off to use the computer and then use reading glasses for close up. I can drive and watch TV w/o my regular glasses OK so I just keep them in the car for night driving.

I might try olive oil for a while to see if it improves my vision. But then maybe the sunflower oil did and I just didn't realize it.
