Well not really. Due to the swelling, I took a few days off and the swelling has gone away.

My knees feel stronger and seem to be a little more flexible. They are gimpy and somewhat sore today, but this is most likely due to having done a wall sit for over an hour yesterday in addition to my regular exercise.

I am considering a week on, week off for the future...
