I discovered this therapy after searching a natural cure for my husband's health problems. You can read my testimonial at http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=124703 .  

At first I was like you really discusted about the idea of drinking 'my urine' and even applying it to my body (although we eat eggs without having second thoughts about where it comes from...). After reading several articles, books and seing the results on my husband I cautiously started experimenting with it. I had to try it. It solved my sleeping problems, joint pains etc... I still have taboos left deep inside, but it helps me too much to stop. I stopped for approx 1 month and was starting having problems sleeping again. My health is more important to me than taboos or predujists. My husband doesn't have any problem at all with the idea of ingesting his own urine which is in fact derived from his blood (life force).
