Well, hang in there. I felt pretty lousy yesterday afternoon and evening...but am feeling so much better today. Just keep the end goal in mind to help you through. YOU CAN DO THIS! I used to joke that food was my "drug of choice"...after only a couple days of this Master-Cleanse I'm finding out there was more truth in that than I thought!
I had very vivid dreams last night too! Is that one of the detox effects? Is there a list of all the "normal" effects of the Master-Cleanse on this site?
