Im likeing this forum!
I just dropped in out of curiosity, but this is all making alot of sense. I have recently started the anti-candida diet and I've occasionally been trying to visulise the candida dying off as I remember hearing about people who've done simular with cancers and illnesses to help cure themselves. I think thinking about the goodness and benefits of the foods Im now eating can't be a bad thing either, so I am going to try my best to do it at least with my evening meal if nothing else. (-:
