the sleeping symptoms you discribed could be sleep apnea, try to not sleep on your back if this is the case, i have done about 13 liver flushes, and i am in some ways worse off at the current moment then when i started, thou some of the previous flushes have helped me greatly, its ups and downs and a difficult process, the end result or once you get past the big blockages is when its all up hill and great i think. i am 22 and also have no "diseases" but i have poor health, and will continue flushing until i die or feel healthy again.
