Yes, I generally eat a good clean diet. I hope never to get myself into the problems I was in!

And yes, I have "treats" occasionally. My goal is to eat right 90% of the time.

The Master-Cleanse is a great start to a colon cleansing program. The other very important tool for me has been professional colonics. The combination of the Master-Cleanse with colonics is unbeatable for hosing out the trash!!

Currently... my digestion is on break! In general, it is fair to good. I am still working to rebuild the health of my colon, pancreas, liver and gallbladder.

And thanks--it was a great birthday! Thanks to cleansing I look forward to my 50s, and even to menopause!
