I have beleived that I have had candida (due to Sugar and yeast giving me bad gas and digestive upset + skin rash diagnosed as ring worm for a while) for the last 1 3/4 years and have tried many avenues to try and heal myself (diet, Caprilic acid, oregano, pau d'arco).
I'm currently doing a juice fast and Colon Cleanse using p + b shakes. I'm using carrot juice for the basis of most juices as I can get a bulk deal on them. Carrots are sweet for vegetables. All symtoms have dissappeared (No gas (I used pass wind up to 40 times a day - smelly too), no pain or discomfort).
I'm starting to think I don't have candida. Any thoughts??
