To really destroy the candida, you need to be able to deal with the horrible dieoff feelings. Best way to do it is with molybdenum and pantethine supps. They break down the toxins it makes when it dies along with others in your body so you don't have to deal with the effects. For killing, I'd suggest extra virgin coconut oil along with oregano oil. I'd also do saltwater flushes to flush out the dead and dying. Also balancing your ph is crucial for your health in general. Good luck!
