Many have found that adding extra cayenne really boosts the flow of gunk out. It is what loosens it so its not a stretch to imagine that adding it to the tea would be beneficial. I add lots to the lemonade and wowser does it do the body good. Detour, another faster, was our inspiration and the first to test the waters so-to-speak, but he has really convinced many of us to add more cayenne and with resounding success~~!
You can find a picture of my oxycisor and a link to explain what it does under the trampoline in my web log entry, Junk in the Trunk.

Well confession is good for the soul, although, coffee is not the best for cleansing. Others have done it, but being a coffee addict myself, I detox from coffee and then give my adrenals a break while fasting. It also helps get me back to point A where I am only drinking a small amount when I return to drinking it. Someday I may give it up for good. Yerba Mate is a good substitute and much healthier for the body. Still, I've been making and drinking coffee since my childhood and so its my favorite bad habit...ggg.
be happy, be well,
