last night was regular smooth move...but I had planned to do it again tonight in the chocolate.

today was an amazing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) day...I really think it was the extra pepper/smooth move combo last night... I'm on day 15 fyi

also i do let myself on weekends only have a small cup of black cofee... I need to confess.
