I have to agree. As Michelle pointed out, most of these products are not designed for sick people. Several years ago I went into the GNC near my house. I bought some of their crappy pills and they didn't do anything for me at all ( of course- it is not as easy as taking some supplements ). When I went back, very sick and desperate, the owner admitted that they don't sell anything strong enough to help me.
I have had the most success using natural methods, such as cleaning my bowel with water ( colonics ) and eating RAW sauerkraut and a healthy diet.
