I am sure it is toxins... though I did not think about the ACV as apposed to the BS. That is a great idea. Next bath I will give that a whirl.

I think that the foot swelling was exacerbated by the castor oil abdomen packs. That is on hold now as I only have time for these on the weekends.

I am giving the knee wraps a rest for a day or two. I did not wrap last night and between the soak and that The swelling is down about 60%. I normally go barefoot or sandals only (since the last two weeks) and I am hoping this will help as well over time.

I will do the spray bottle as well. As far as Hot/cold showers go, I have not had a hot shower in two weeks either, just using the cold. Maybe I will try the hot/cold thing.

I may wait for the WW before moving forward with this again. I am looking forward to giving this a try. thanks again for the opportunity :-)
