sorry, when i ask this again, but i didn’t understand it. When I follow you recipe of taking Castor oil (co) in the morning and oo/gj in the envening, can I eat something after the co?

did you also take the Epsom Salt (ES) in the evening?

I guess it’s not necessary to take it, because the bowel should be empty when you avoid eating after the co….the only probleme to me would be that the avoidance of ES not relax the bile ducts….is this a problem?

So a nice recipe could be like this:
Take the CO in the morning or at 14:00
The oo/gj mix in the evening 22:00
Another CO in the morning 6:00


What do you think about this, is it possible? Or is it too much or less effective?
