I have seen improvement... BUT I have noticed with each passing day that my feet have been swelling. Wonder what this is about... Anyone have any insights?

I also did an abdominal pack for the last two days, but the foot swelling had happened before this and is uncomfortable today.

Will most likely do a soak in som ES\BS and see what happens. Hopefully the swelling will go down.
