If you experience die-off then your supplements are not adequate and you should not start to cleanse yet.l I had severe candida too when I got started.

Jowanna already takes the proper supplements, so she does not have die-off and she should not expect some just now - not until she starts the cleanse.

Ideally you should NEVER have heavy die-off symptoms because this means your body is healing too fast and your body cannot cope anymore. You are hurting you r body and actually getting nowhere fast.
