I was just diagnosed with candida also and am getting ready to start a regime. I have done a fair amount of research on the internet and have looked back through some of these posts and the one consistent thing is to try to avoid Sugar - especially non-natural. By this I mean that a lot of people suggest cutting out all fruit, which has a lot of natural Sugar in it, while some suggest keeping in a little because fruit has a lot of other health benefits. The Sugar you will be taking sounds like something that was added to the product (non-natural). If you can take a different product that does the same thing without the sugar, why take the chance? I am not sure if you are taking about the probiotics product or not. It very well may be impossible to predict what will happen if you eat this sugar - everyone is different and it depends on so many things - the severity of your infestation, your genetics, the genetics of the strain, the strength of your immune system at the present time etc. If you have been eating a lot of sugar before this and this will be the only sugar you are eating now, it may not make a difference at all, but the fundamental principal remains the same - cut out as much sugar as you can. Mold and yeast may be everywhere, including in your body, but when you are trying to fight them you go as hard as possible because you will never be able to completely eradicate them - but you fight them like you are trying to. They are that tough.
