Thanks for your reply. I too, am trying to clean up my diet, with a very small result. I drink nothing but water, and have done for years. I still am having success with my hips though. I hope my joints are like yours and continue to improve. How do you use a compress in bed without it leaking through to the sheet please? I think a compress on a hip would be extremely difficult to waterproof.
