Both good and bad news then really.
I tried the diet about 18 years ago in my teenage years and had die off symptons from day 2 but woke up feeling like a totally new person by day 5 with all my symptons gone including ones I didnt realise I had. I was expecting something simular or worse really this time since I never completed the diet and obviously Im twice the age... Looks like Im going to have to work twice as hard or more then (-:
P&B shakes are definatly the next thing on my list.
Thank you all again, I feel so much better now!!! I was quite worried that I was doing something wrong and that was the reason for not having die off!
