I've hit Day 10, and am so pleased with myself! I'm gonna read my book to see if I do tea or swf in the morning, and if so, will try the swf again beCAUSE...

...I realized something major. Somer, you are talking adding 1/4 teas at a time, and I KNOW the last couple times I did it I did not "measure" the salt. I'm using RealSalt, w/ the spout on the bag, and "poured" it into the teas not bothering how exact it was. I figured adding more (or using less) was talking teaspoonfuls, not 1/4 teas. So I prolly used too much.
