I have been drinking my first urine, midstream of course, for a week now, and right from the first day have noticed my hips are not playing up nearly as much. In fact, I am finding a marked improvement. They are not 100% better, but I am hoping, in time, perhaps to be healed. Please does anyone have any personal experience with achy, sometimes painful hips and knees disappearing completely with UT?
