Walking barefoot gets addictive. For 11 months I have been in sandles and sock less for years now. The last 2 days I needed steel toed shoes on and socks so the shoes didn't rub my ankles raw. At the end of the days work my feet were sweating and hurting in that they were barely able to breathe, it felt so good to take the shoes off and wash the feet in the cold hydrant water outside.

I could never go back to wearing stell toed shoes 8 hours a day like in the factory, so glas those days are in the past.
