Castor Oil is an antiparasitic. So, that along with my 40 drops of Black-Walnut tincture was pretty potent. 60ml can be found on your measuring cup - around 1/4 cup. And you will also see the line on the cup for the 100ml toofor the orange juice. I didn't eat any more or less than I usually do for the flush except for taking the Castor Oil/OJ.
