Im on day 4 of the diet and nothing is happening. I was expecting to feel awful from day 2 through to day 5 or 6. I am taking the vitamin and mineral suppliments I am supposed to. I am eating only plain yogart, brown rice, scrubbed and washed green vegetables and either meat or fish.
Can someone also tell me where I can order P&B shakes online, thank you.
