Hello,

I am going to flush tomorrow evening and was interested in your Castor Oil concoction which I would take in the morning. I have had flukes in the past and hope to get more out this time. I have lemons or grapefruit and wonder if either of those would make an appropriate substitution for the Orange Juice??
