Today is DAY ONE for me.. Lastnight, I began Master-Cleanse by takin the Senna Tea (which was fine).. This morning, I attempted to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and boy did I mis-read the instructions, or I guess I had to be just be plain ol' delirious this morning.. I beleive the instructions are 2teaspoons per 32 oz well instead i used 4 table spoons and my reaction was out right horrific! I threw just about all if not all of the SW up.. Immediately following, I had a bm (not sure if that was from the swf or the tea). About an hour later I had another bm.. I drank another cup of senna tea because I couldnt keep the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) down is this okay?
