It's 8am. I forgot to take it last night, been a while since I used it last. I want to get cleaned out and I'm afraid of doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because I absorbed it all yesterday morning.(rarely happens, but I don't trust it today)

So I could take it now. But how long should it kick in? 5hrs? 8hrs?


I could say screw it and go get a coffee (yuck, but instant results)..
