People who constantly belittle, insult, and attack those who do not fall in line with every whim and quirk of their particular way of doing things are also victims of an illness. This sickness of the soul, the withering of the spirit is far worse than any physical illness. They are without compassion and understanding. They offer very little positive energy or encouragement. Surely these soul sick individuals are not as healthy as they think. Egotism, jealousy and prejudice are not signs of well being, and those whose spirits are clouded with these problems have little to give until they see their own sickness and strive to be healed themselves. If the spirit is so ill it cannot function properly, can physical illness be far behind?

 Or could it be alkalinity heals the body but corrodes the soul?
