Hi All!

Day 2! I cant believe I have made it this far already! Yesterday was OK did not have hunger pains although a LOT OF CRAVINGS. Today cravings are not bad at all.

Woke up early today in time to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and omg! it is the nastiest most horrible thing I have ever tasted in my life! But I got it all down... dont ask how... I am still surprised I was able to drink such nasty thing. The effects afterwards were unexpected!

I had the infamous ''BUTT PEE'' but aside from that I felt extremely week. I was freezing cold and sweating cold too... But to my surprise after I was done passing it thru my system I took a nap and woke up feeling awesome! better then ever I may say.

Questions:

are the reactions I had to the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) normal?
can I chew gum or suck on mints or something besides tea for the bad breath?

Thank you so much for all of your help... cant wait till day 10!
